Dying Light: The Beast Definitive Edition PS5

Unleash the beast and survive the night in a world of infected

Dying Light: The Beast Definitive Edition for PS5 is a first-person action adventure from Techland, combining an open world, parkour, and survival elements. Return to the story of Kyle Crane, the hero of the original Dying Light, who has escaped captivity after years of brutal experimentation. His human DNA has become intertwined with that of the infected, granting him superhuman strength and awakening a beast that is increasingly difficult to control. Venture into Castor Woods to find his tormentor, known as The Baron, and uncover the secrets of his research. Explore forests, abandoned settlements, and industrial areas, traverse rooftops using parkour, and tackle rough terrain behind the wheel of an off-road vehicle. Gather resources, craft equipment, fight the infected, and unleash your beastly abilities in brutal encounters. Explore your surroundings and prepare for expeditions during the day, then escape especially dangerous predators at night. Experience the main adventure solo or team up with friends in co-op for up to four players with shared progression.

The Definitive Edition includes the base game with the Restored Land update, the Castor Woods Prepper Bundle, Action Hero Essentials and Hunter Essentials, the Fire Lotus Weapon Pack and Discharge Weapon Pack, a digital soundtrack, a wallpaper pack, and a digital tourist map of Castor Woods. New Game+, Legend Levels, and Nightmare difficulty are also available. The separate single-player Restored Land mode offers survival with limited resources and lasting consequences: defeated infected and collected items no longer respawn. The optional One Life rule lets you take on the challenge with a single life.
