General Information

The Loyalty & Rewards Program is available only to registered users of our website.

How to Earn Points

You can earn loyalty points in the following ways:

2.1. By purchasing products on our website.

2.2. By being active on our social media channels (from time to time, we reward our most active followers with bonus points and gifts).

2.3. By participating in our online activities, promotions, and events.

Rules and Conditions

3.1. Points are assigned automatically for every purchase. For every €1 spent, you earn 5 points. Every 200 points can be redeemed for €1.

3.2. Products that are on sale or discounted are excluded from point accumulation.

3.3. Points expire automatically after 300 days from the date they are earned.

3.4. Points cannot be added retroactively if you register an account after making a purchase.

3.5. The maximum discount that can be applied using points is €10.00. The minimum cart value required is €25.00.

3.6. If you choose the “Pay in Shop” payment method, points will be credited within 2–5 business days after your purchase.

Bonus Points

4.1. You will receive an additional 500 points when you place your 10th order on our website.

Redeeming Points

5.1. Points can be redeemed automatically during the checkout process.
