Apple Pencil (USB C)

Apple Pencil is designed for precise input on the iPad. It is used for drawing, handwriting, note-taking, photo and video editing, and working with professional graphic and design applications. It supports pressure sensitivity and tilt recognition, providing a natural feel for writing and drawing.

Compatibility – The Apple Pencil (USB C) works with the 13 inch iPad Pro (M4), 12.9 inch iPad Pro (3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Generation), 11 inch iPad Pro (M4), 11 inch iPad Pro (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Generation), 13 inch iPad Air (M2), 11 inch iPad Air (M2), iPad Air (4th and 5th generation), iPad mini (A17 Pro), iPad mini (6th generation) and iPad (10th generation)

Differeces between Apple Pencil (USB C) and Apple Pencil (2nd Generation):
🔹 Charging method – Apple Pencil (USB-C) charges via a USB-C port, while Apple Pencil (2nd Generation) charges magnetically by attaching to the iPad.
🔹 No gesture support – Apple Pencil (USB-C) does not support double-tap gestures for switching tools, which is available in Apple Pencil (2nd Generation).
🔹 Design – Both styluses have a matte finish, but Apple Pencil (2nd Generation) magnetically attaches to the iPad, whereas Apple Pencil (USB-C) is stored separately.
🔹 Compatibility – Apple Pencil (USB-C) supports a wider range of iPads, including the iPad (10th generation) and the latest iPad Air and iPad Pro models, whereas Apple Pencil (2nd Generation) only works with iPad Pro (2018 and newer), iPad Air (4th generation and newer), and iPad mini (6th generation).
